These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by Finance Domains Prime LLC ("Finance Domains Prime," "we," "us"), including all content, forms and services offered through it. By using this website, you accept these Terms in full.

1. Services Description

Finance Domains Prime provides fee-only financial planning, tax preparation and advisory, insurance needs analysis, financial health assessment and investment risk analysis to clients in the United States. Specific deliverables, fees and scope for any engagement are defined exclusively in a written client agreement signed by both parties. Website content is informational and does not by itself create an advisor-client relationship.

2. No Financial Advice Through This Website

Important: Nothing on this website constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax or accounting advice, nor an offer to buy or sell any security or insurance product. General market figures, examples and testimonials are illustrative only. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific circumstances before acting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to submit forms or engage our services through this website.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading or third-party information without authorization.
• Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the website's security or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, spam or overload our forms or servers.
• Reproduce or resell our written planning frameworks, templates or content without written permission.

5. Fees, Billing & Cancellation

1. Subscriptions — Foundation ($290/month) and Signature ($590/month) plans bill monthly in advance. Private Client engagements are billed per a custom written proposal.
2. Cancellation — You may cancel any subscription with 30 days' written notice to info@financedomainsprime.com. No cancellation penalties apply.
3. Plan ownership — Upon cancellation, all plan documents, models and reports created for you remain yours to keep.
4. Refunds — Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable once services for that period have begun.

6. Free Consultations

Initial 30-minute Financial Health Assessment sessions are free and impose no obligation on either party. We may decline or reschedule sessions at our discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — text, design, graphics, logos, methodology names and code — is the property of Finance Domains Prime LLC and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Testimonials & Results Disclaimer

Client testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of future results. Any performance figures mentioned are historical, specific to the client's situation, and should never be interpreted as a promise of similar outcomes. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Domains Prime LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website. Our total liability arising from website use is limited to $100. Liability for advisory services is governed exclusively by your signed client agreement.

10. Third-Party Links & Resources

We link to third-party resources (fonts, icon libraries) for functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies or availability.

11. Privacy

Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Newsletter Communications

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any dispute arising from website use shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California. Advisory-service disputes follow the arbitration provisions of your client agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
